Hi, welcome (back) to my blog!
Spooky season has officially arrived and I can’t wait to put the decorations on. This year, I decided to join my designer friends to bring you the Sweet or Spooky Crochet-Along 👻 There will be a free pattern every week for all of us to crochet together. For more information about this CAL, please check it here. Besides the free patterns, there are also a lot of prizes for the participants so do not miss it!
I enjoyed designing this pirate mushroom so much. Jackie is cute and dangerous mushroom at the same time. The Hobbii Honey Bunny yarn plays a huge role to make him so cuddly and fluffy, I love it! Of course, you can use any kind of yarn that works for you (some leftover skeins from your other projects are enough), it will just change the size of your mushroom 😉 This pattern is very quick and easy to crochet, I also made a tutorial video on my YouTube channel Khuc Cay. Let’s spread this lovely scary energy!
As always, at a small fee, you can also buy this pattern to receive a beautifully-formatted, and easy-to-read PDF file with photo references, no pub! Thank you for supporting Khuc Cay designs.
Please tag me on Instagram and/or share your makes with hashtag #sweetorspookycal #khuccay #lespetitesmainsdekhuccay, or add a Ravelry project.
Happy crocheting 🥰
P/S: You are welcome to sell the finished products made from this pattern, provided that they are handmade by yourself in a limited number and please give credit to Khuc Cay.

Hi there! I’ve made a few of your patterns and LOVE THEM. But this one is a struggle for me. I’ve made it a couple times, first time I thought I did something wrong. But, second time looks exactly like the first time. The cinched/tighter spot that separates the cap and the base is not small enough to create such a distinct separation. I’m wondering if there are another few rounds of reductions from the base…

Hi, I haven’t received this kind of feedback, I am seeing a lot of mushrooms out there without this notice. May you try to remake it and this time do not over stuff?
